Mark Hutley founded Iris Insurance Brokers in 2001 with help from his late father who was a 40 year veteran of the market. Mark has extensive knowledge and contacts in the market and specialises in Personal Accident, Medical, Marine, Property and Sabotage and Terrorism. Mark also has a particular interest in the use and formation of captives in developing specific solutions for clients.

Andrew Davis
Divisional Director

Andrew has over 25 years experience within the insurance market placing both direct and reinsurance business specialising in Accident and Health. Andrew joined Iris in 2009.

Tara Novis
Office Manager

Tara overseas the day to day running of the office. Tara has over 15 years general accounts experience with the last six years specialising in broking and claims support. Tara handles many of the complex treaty and binding authority business placed by Iris and has been with Iris over six years.

 

Maria Zambas
Accounts Manager

Maria currently takes care of our accounting functions, both management and insurance accounts. She originally started her accounts career working in London for an Insurance Brokers and since then completed over 20 years various accounts roles. 

 

Margarita Hutley
IT Director

Margarita has over 15 years IT experience with a degree in microelectronics & computers and a Masters in Science. She recently completed an MBA from Cranfield University.
